Hogwarts has gone through some drastic changes since the Triwizard Tournament ended in the death of Cedric Diggory and Harry Potter’s claims that the Dark Lord has returned to power.
Cornelius Fudge has two choices.
One, to believe Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore and inform the magical world that the greatest evil it has ever known was back and now stronger than ever.
Or two, he could assure the people that Potter and Dumbledore were merely looking for attention and that there was nothing to fear. At the beginning of Harry’s 5th year at Hogwarts it was pretty obvious that Fudge had opted for the easy way out. Student’s are living in blissful ignorance, they believe every word that the Daily Prophet has been writing.
There are only two secret societies that know the truth.
The Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters.
Both have very different histories and goals but there is one thing they agree on. Voldemort has returned, and this time he’s more vicious than ever.
Most of the students at Hogwarts aren’t too worried about Voldemort, in their opinion there is a greater evil around.

And they go by the name of Dolores Umbridge, the new Defense Against the Dark Arts Teacher and Ministry appointed High Inquisitor of Hogwarts. Despite her sugary voice and seemingly harmless appearance, Professor Umbridge is certainly not a kindhearted woman. She won’t let anyone stand between her and perfection.
