WE LIVED IN AN ENCHANTED WORLD

You have all heard the story of the most beautiful era of civilization, I
assume? No? The Silver Millennium, they came to call it. Then, we called
it the reign of the White Moon Kingdom, and the Imperial Lunar family.
Though there were troubles, as any rule is known to have, largely there
was peace in the galaxy. The influence of the Silver Imperium Crystal
was enough to ensure peace... even if that peace was sometimes a
bloody one.
No one could truthfully fault Queen Selenity for her tactics. If she was
brutal in putting down uprisings, she was a steady hands in a time when
unrest was beginning to become the norm.
The end of the Silver Millennium is one that the history books don't tell;
mortal memory has forgotten it. The Earth rose against the Moon, as
well as several other planets. The true strength of the uprising came
from the dread Queen Metallia, with the power of the Golden Sun
Kingdom behind her.
And so the universe fell into chaos.
The battle lines were drawn. It was a horrible match. Metallia had the
upper hand, that was clear from the start. The Moon forces rapidly fell.
Even as Metallia's forces thinned, it was clear ruin was upon the Moon.
But it wasn't until the younger daughter, the heir, fell, that the Queen
responded...
Using the power of the Crystal that had been the foundation of
prosperity for their lands, the Queen destroyed both armies... and sent
all of the souls touched by star seeds to another life, in the future.
A NEW WORLD
The star seeds were finally reborn in seemingly normal individuals. But
for whatever reason, the star seeds were never far from one another.
Born all over the world, they have made their way to a single city:
Philadelphia.
All of them have been reborn on Earth... Metallia, included. The Queen
had hoped for normal, peaceful lives for them all, but when Metallia
awoke, the star seeds responded, and the powers that had lain dormant
were reawakened.
Now more than a dozen star seeds, fully powered, have awakened all
over the city... and no one knows exactly what is going on.
This board is AU so forget Usagi, make whoever you want. We're looking
for original characters who have been born with these star seeds, and
who may have no idea what they're expected to do about it. We're
aiming for older characters, so please no one younger than 18 without a
very good idea behind it. Check out the canon list: that is the current list
of available star seeds. You can make human characters, sure, but we
all know that the real fun comes with the powers. Main point though:
