likes: baking desserts & france & family & white chocolate & fashion & languages & travel & men & reading & snow & thunder storms & her job & stilettos & hot chocolate & black coffee
dislikes: alcohol & mean people & people who don't stand up for themselves & tea & waking up early & people who judge her on her looks & being sick & small dogs & not being able to do what she wants & journalists & people who don't get her humor & nail polish & deep water & her ex-boyfriend
strengths:
dueling; well she has to be right? dominique was an excellent defense against the dark arts student in school and excelled with it during her training at the Ministry.
masking her emotions; another thing that she had to get good at in her Auror training. she has learned to keep calm at all times and even when she's pissed at someone.
her looks; yes, dominique always hated people judging her on her looks but she has learned to use them to her advantage. she can act innocent and have people think she doesn't know what she's doing.
weaknesses:
her family; dominique would drop everything and anything for her family. all her family. this proves to be a problem since she hates having something people can use against her. and she would kill anyone who dared touch her family.
her ex; of course she fell head over heels in love with the wrong guy. even though they have been broken up for over a month now she still has feeling for him.
chocolate; anything chocolate really. she is addicted to the stuff. even has it stashed in her desk at work.
veritaserum:
virgin; yes this is true. dominique follows the belief not to have sex until she is married. however she is now willing to break that rule since that was why her ex-boyfriend broke up with her. she does want her first time to be with someone she has fallen in love with though.
doesn't drink; dominique got smashed in her sixth year and spent the next two days recovering. she hated the feeling and even worse she couldn't remember what she did that night. she never wants that to happen to get again so she made a vow to herself to never drink that heavily again. dom will only have a sip of champagne at weddings or special events.
dementor: when dominique was around eight years old, the Weasley family took a family vacation to the beach. dom has always loved the sun and was determined to show her parents and her siblings how much her swimming has improved. after her parents saw that she was able to swim in the deeper water, they left her alone to swim with her siblings. it only took one strong current for dominique to be swept underneath the water and an old fishing net to trap her ankle so she couldn't swim up for air. dom immediately panicked and used too much energy trying to free herself and soon found herself with a mouth full of seawater. she blacked out but not before she saw someone swimming towards her and her feeling her foot being freed.
patronus: german shepard -- dominique's most recent best memory is when she become an Auror. it happened just over the spring and she was so proud of herself because she proved everyone wrong. she was told by multiple people that she was just a pretty face and couldn't make it.
sexuality & relationship status: straight & single (recently)

overall history: Dominique Vivian Weasley was born at the very end of March when her due date was actually April 13th. Sure about two weeks early but other than that she was a healthy baby. She was the second born to Bill and Fleur Weasley and had an older sister who was seven years older named Victoire. Then just over a year later Dom became the middle child when her brother was born, Louis. For Dominique there was no middle child syndrome or anything like that. She spent time with both her siblings and loved doing these with her older sister because Dom looked up to her. She especially loved baking cookies and cupcakes with her mother and sister. It was one of her favorite memories of growing up.
The first time Dominique felt jealously was when Victoire got her Hogwarts letter and got to go get her wand. She wanted to go to Hogwarts and learn magic. It seemed like a whole new adventure and Dom wanted to be a part of it. Her mother and father both explained to her that she couldn’t go to Hogwarts yet because she wasn’t old enough. That didn’t sit well with her. She threw a tantrum and locked herself in her room for almost half the day. It wasn’t too out of character seeing she was still young but her parents thought she would behave better than that; thinking she might be happy for her older sister.
Dominique got used to Victoire leaving every year rather quickly and it didn’t bother her so much after that. Most days she liked the peace and quiet of her older sister being gone but other days she missed baking. Or being able to talk to her whenever she wanted to. That when Dom became rather close with her younger brother Louis. It just happened naturally since she had no one else to play with and they were both living together so why not? This was actually when Dom fell in love with Quidditch because after seeing her cousins play a pick-up game she wanted to try it. Turns out she was rather good at it despite being on the skinny side.
The day that Dom got her Hogwarts letter she was the happiest girl in the world. She was finally following her big sister’s footsteps and going to Hogwarts. She loved the shopping for school especially. When she got to Hogwarts and sat on the stool she didn’t know what house she would be sorted into. Her thoughts were Gryffindor and it turns out the hat was not thinking the same thing. Dominique was sorted into Hufflepuff, and was rather disappointed at the time. However it turned out to be the best time of her life and it turned out Hufflepuff was perfect for her.
Dominique knew her fifth year that she wanted to be an Auror. Her mother immediately told her no, that a young lady shouldn't go into such a profession. At first Dom rethought about her profession and started to take the classes to become a Healer. Then in her sixth year she was determined to prove everyone wrong and knew for sure she wanted to become an Auror. This time she didnt tell her mum, who thought her youngest daughter still wanted to become a Healer.
Seventh year brought along her hardest tests and a boyfriend, Ian. The two started to date right around Christmas time and dated until recently. Sure the two had their ups and downs but didnt every couple?
As soon as she graduated Dominique signed up for Auror training. Her mother was devastated while the rest of the Weasley-Potter clan showed great support. Everyone was surprised by the decision since she had kept the decision quiet not wanting to hear how she couldn't do it. What helped Dom through it was that she still had her boyfriend by her side who kept on telling her to prove everyone wrong. That she could do it.
Over the summer, Dominique and Ian took a vacation to Italy for two week. Dom was head over heels in love with the guy and thought for sure since they were going on this romantic vacation that he was going to propose. The vacation was wonderful and Dominique thought the two of them had a blast. Once they were back at home, the couple had an argument. Over how Dominique wouldn't have sex. They had this argument before and it always ended with Dom screaming at him and threatening to break up with him. However this time the couple did break up and she thought good riddance.
Since the breakup Dominique has been putting all her time into her job. She has been spending all her time at the office reading over files or going out on patrol. She hates going back to her empty apartment.

There wasn’t anything that Dominique loved more than the Christmas holidays. It was her favorite time of the year and she especially loved the snow. Not to mention that for at least a few days she wouldn’t have to worry about studying but as soon as they holidays were over she would be back to the books. The O.W.Ls at the end of her fifth year pretty much prevented her from having a social life. Not that she went to parties that the older students held anyways. Sure she got invited but never went; knowing there would be alcohol and Dom didn’t trust anyone giving her a drink but herself. That was how she was different than the other students in her year. Most went off and drank and got into relationships, well what some thought were going to be relationships. Dominique has never been in a relationship and has just started to notice the cute guys around Hogwarts. And she swore that sometimes they were actually looking back at her. Or it was all in her head.
Dominique kicked some snow that was in her way as she walked along Diagon Alley. It was rather packed with the holidays being close and most students home for the holidays. She looked up at the gray sky and watched as the snowflakes fell down and melted before her eyes as they hit the gravel. She wished she could watch them for longer but knowing how impatient people got with their Christmas shopping. Dom kept walking knowing if she didn’t she would probably be trampled. The reason why she was in Diagon Alley was to get some shopping done. She had to at least pick up something for her siblings and then maybe if she had enough money left over a girl for her parents. She hoped that maybe this year, her siblings and herself would just put whatever money they had together to buy something for their parents instead of separate gifts. It would be easier and would probably save Dominique some money so she could buy presents for more people.
This was the first year that Dominique was truly stumped on what to get her siblings. Sure she knew what they both liked and disliked but she wanted it to be something they would actually use. Not like those ugly sweaters there grandmother knitted each year for them and then she was forced to wear it for at least a day. She had a better idea on what to get for Louis then for Victoire even though their interests were the same. With Vic being seven years older she wasn’t sure what her sister had and didn’t have. And Dom would hate to buy her sister a gift that she already had. No, she would buy something useful and something that would help her sister; maybe with her job at the Ministry or for one of her hobbies; like baking.
That was why earlier this morning Dominique asked her sister’s best friend Emmelia to meet her at Diagon Alley. It wouldn’t be an awkward meeting between the two because Dom thought as Emmelia as another sister. For all the memories Dom had with Vic, Em was there too. Sometimes Dom wouldn’t know what to do without the help of her sister and her sister’s best friend. However with Em coming, Dom knew that her Christmas shopping might be put on hold while she and Emmelia caught up on things. Knowing that it would be hard to see Dominique in a crowd, she went and stood off to the side of the alley looking into a shop window. This one sold books and she looked to see if they had any good baking books on sale. Those would always come in handy for Vic right?
